Virtual Commerce
The customer can “enter” the virtual store on his screen or via a virtual reality headset: he can explore the room, playfully discover the presented products as well as background information and place items in his shopping cart.
In addition to B2C, the virtual showroom can also be implemented in the B2B context: collections can be presented with a high level of detail and POS concepts can be presented in a tangible manner. In the future, direct connections to merchandise management will also be possible.
Through the integration with a corresponding module, applications such as the ability to make appointments online or chat functionalities can be integrated. Depending on the individual objectives and preferences, both browser and app-based implementations are possible.
