Retailers can “follow” their customers in-store, find out where their customer streams are the largest and place their products accordingly. With Customer Flow, retailers can recognize exactly when which customer has moved where. Of course, this is absolutely compliant with data regulations, completely anonymous.
Via a network wide-angle camera an “empty picture” of the store is created, in which the walking routes and stops of the visitors are graphically displayed. Subsequently the dwell time as well as paths and heatmaps can be presented.
